We offer a structured range of Bronze, Silver and Gold Facilities Management packages, designed to provide increasing levels of coverage, inspections and callout support. All packages can include the following:

  • Annual building inspection with written report and proactive maintenance recommendations
  • Annual third-party approved fire door inspections
  • Annual gutter inspections and clearing
  • Annual clearing of gullies and ACO channels
  • Minor fire door alterations including gap adjustments

Packages are scalable and can be adapted to suit single-site schools or multi-academy trusts.

Our Hard FM services focus on the technical maintenance and compliance of your buildings, helping prevent disruption, closures or safety risks. Services include:

  • Building surveys and condition reports using RAG (traffic light) ratings
  • Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) maintenance, including HVAC systems
  • Lighting, gas and electrical testing
  • General building maintenance including doors, windows, roofs, gutters and building fabric
  • Statutory compliance and safety management, including:
  • Fire doors
  • Fire extinguishers
  • Safety signage
  • Legionella testing
  • Roof fall restraint systems
  • Lift inspections

All works are delivered in line with current legislation and best practice, with detailed reporting for audit and governance purposes.

Our Soft FM services support the daily operation of education environments, providing reliable staffing and upkeep services when you need them most. Services include:

  • Caretaking support, including temporary cover for sickness or holidays
  • Commercial cleaning, including daily cleaning, deep cleans, infection control and window cleaning
  • Grounds maintenance, including horticulture, sports fields, tree management and fencing
  • Winter services, including snow clearing and salt gritting

All services are delivered with safeguarding, reliability and minimal disruption firmly in mind.
