About this Project

Our client approached Eternal Build to tender for the works at their property in Cranbrook, their vision involved doubling the size of their existing home by adding a double storey wrap round extension and refurbishing the existing house, adding a striking oak balcony to the master bedroom and an oak framed entrance porch.

The client’s eye for detail and high spec finishes have created a stunning home, the ground floor has a grand kitchen dining area using stone floor finishes with underfloor heating creating the perfect area for socialising and entertaining guests throughout the year, whilst upstairs the wood finishes and reclaimed doors keep the character of the property, each bedroom has its own bespoke cupboards and wardrobes and each bathroom tiled with eye catching tile choices.

The works transformed the property from a small loved and lived in family home, into a much bigger space, whilst keeping that traditional feel with modern construction benefitting from all the latest regulations.
