About this Project

RHS Garden, in Wisley, approached Eternal Build to tender for the complete refurbishment and alterations to a large rental property they owned in the Village of Wisley.

After years of neglect by previous tenants, the property needed a complete make over to bring it back to a standard where it could be put on the market for rental or sale.

The successful tender included full strip out, alterations to existing walls, forming new structural openings to create open plan living, reconfiguration including blocking up of existing doorways, first and second fix carpentry, new flooring, tiling, plastering, electrical works, plumbing, new bathrooms and a new kitchen/utility room.

The works transformed the property from a run down, tired rental following years of neglect and mistreatment to a stunning new family home ready to be lived in.
