RHS Garden, in Wisley, are a repeat customer for Eternal Build.
Eternal Build were asked to tender for the alterations and refurbishment of an existing toilet block to The Clore building, the works were to accommodate KS1 and KS2 school children who use the education facility as part of their learning.
The successful tender included full strip out, alterations to existing partitions, reconfiguration including new walls, first and second fix carpentry, ceilings, flooring, plastering, cubicles, electrical works, plumbing, sanitary-ware and decorations.
Special consideration was taken to ensure that the specification to the space was correct to accommodate KS1 and KS2 children, ensuring the correct heights were achieved for the sanitaryware and cubicles
