Eternal Build were approached by a client who were working on behalf of a developer.

The developer was turning an existing building in 8 new flats.

Eternal Build originally went into contract to complete the decorations package, but as the job developed Eternal Build were asked to complete further elements of works and ended completing carpentry, render and general builder’s work.

Eternal Builds multi trade workforce became an important member of the team and saw us installing acoustic flooring and floor finishes, cutting and pitching roofs, completing internal doors/architraves, skirtings and cupboards, building timber stud framing, completing external timber screens, installing rainwater goods and completing general builders works such as core holes and stitch crack repairs.
