About this Project

Eternal Build were approached by a developer after their original contractor had gone into administration and could no longer complete the project.

This left the developer with 6 incomplete homes.

Eternal Build were appointed to complete six new build houses, which had a combined GDV £1.5m.

The works were reviewed and Eternal Build came up with a plan to get them completed, signed off and handed over.

The works consisted of full internal fit out, including carpentry, plastering, drylining, screeding, kitchens and bathrooms as well as external works and soft landscaping.

To the delight of the developer, Eternal Build successfully handed the project over achieving Building Control sign off and also obtaining the NHBC Warranty.
