About this Project

Willmott Dixon were the successful main contractor chosen to complete de-carbonisation works across 4 leisure centres in Oxford, their works included upgrading the leisure centres to run on green energy, this required heavy involvement from mechanical and electrical sub-contractors.

Due to the nature of these works, Eternal Build were asked to price the general builders works and builders work in connection with the M&E packages.

This included breaking out existing concrete plinths, forming new concrete plinths for the new plant and equipment (even on one of the leisure centre roofs!), providing core holes through walls and floors to run new cabling and pipework, temporary works, new blockwork walls, an external roof access ladder, forming new structural openings and general making good and decorations.

The Eternal Build team worked along side the main contractor and sub-contractors to provide a responsive and proactive service, helping to quickly and efficiently meet the requirements across all 4 live sites.
